  1. LUBRICATION AFTER EVERY 8 HRS OF MACHINE RUNNING
  2. CLEANING THE CHAFF CUTTER DAILY 
  3. TIGHT ALL NUTS AND BOLTS EVERY 50 HRS
  4. CLEAN CHAFF CUTTER INNER DRUM AFTER EVERY 50 HRS OF MACHINE RUNNING, 
  5. SHARPEN BLADE EVERY 50 HRS OF MACHINE RUNNING
  6. FOR SHARPNING BLADE ENSURE TO DISMENTAL BLADES THEN SHARP
  7. REPLACE BLADES AS REQUIRED
  8. PURCHASE ONLY ORIGINAL BLADES AND SPARES 
  9. CHECK FOR VIBERATIONS, IF VIBERATE  DO NOT OPERATE, CHECK ALINGMENTS OF BLADES
  10. REVERCE COUNTER BLADE AFTER EVERY 200 HRS OF RUNNING
